We use high-quality, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl records. Each LP is packaged with bubble wrap or stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for defective items?
If your record arrives warped or with significant surface noise not mentioned in the description, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or an exchange.
How do you grade the condition of your used vinyl?
We follow the Goldmine Standard for all pre-owned records. Each item is visually inspected and, in many cases, play-tested to ensure accurate grading from Mint to Good Plus.
Do you offer international shipping?
